Can I combine different travel routes in Ecuador in the same program?

If you want to visit a part of continental Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, we recommend programs of at least 8 to 10 days approximately. But without problems we will adapt to your agenda and our destination specialists will build with you the best travel option according to your interests.

What do our packages include?

Our packages include private transportation, certified national guides (in your language), accommodation in hotels of your choice, activities and basic board. However, by focusing on creating personalized experiences, we can include the details you want in your trip and offer you an alternative that fits your needs.

I am vegan. Is it possible that you can assist my dietary requirements?

We will take care of your diet and make sure to take care of your specific and strict requirements regarding diets, allergies, and others.

How can I make a booking?

Once you confirm your reservation, your destination specialist will send you a proforma indicating the first payment to be paid. Generally it is 20% of the total and must be paid within 7 days after receiving the proforma. You can review our reservation, payment and cancellation policies here.

What is the best season to visit Ecuador?

Ecuador is known as the country of eternal spring, you can certainly visit the country all year round. We have two defined climatic seasons: the rainy season and the dry season. Although the Andes can be visited throughout the year. However, if you want to take a specialized tour that includes trekking, the best time is in summer (June-August).

The climate in the Amazon is usually hot and humid all year round, but if you want to enjoy a slightly less hot climate we recommend visiting between October and November.

The Galapagos is a natural and megadiverse paradise that will surprise you at any season of the year, but if you are a lover of snorkeling, diving and marine life. We recommend visiting the islands from December to May when the climate is hot on the islands (26 to 30°C) and their cold waters house the most biodiverse ecosystems.

What documentation do I need to travel to Ecuador?

Generally you will need your passport or/and visa (it depends on which country you visit us). Travel insurance is not a mandatory requirement, however we recommend that you always purchase one when you travel.
